Question 1

What appears in the Dirt Dog Customs store?

Accepted Answer

The public store shows products whose catalog records are published. Each listing can show its recorded name, description, category, U.S.-dollar price when one is recorded, and the current purchase-availability message. A product is purchasable only when the store marks it “Available to order.”

Question 2

Why might a published product not be available to order?

Accepted Answer

A published listing can remain unavailable when its price, stock record, fulfillment setup, payment readiness, shipping readiness, callbacks, product verification, or exact option mapping is incomplete. The store keeps those items visible with an availability message instead of treating them as purchasable.

Question 3

How are merchandise prices and totals shown?

Accepted Answer

Merchandise prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The checkout merchandise total is calculated from each recorded unit price and quantity. Shipping and taxes, if applicable, are separate from that merchandise total and are shown by the hosted payment page before payment.

Question 4

How do stock and product options affect my order?

Accepted Answer

The store uses the recorded stock quantity for a product and for each selected option. A missing stock count, an out-of-stock or unavailable option, or insufficient stock prevents checkout. When a product has option groups, one valid option must be selected in every group, and the exact combination must have a verified fulfillment mapping.

Question 5

How many of an item can I add?

Accepted Answer

Each checkout line accepts a quantity from 1 through 20. The cart also limits the quantity to the currently recorded stock for the product and selected options, so a quantity cannot exceed available recorded stock.

Question 6

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

You review your cart in the Dirt Dog Customs checkout, then continue to a hosted secure payment page. An unpaid or canceled checkout is not treated as a completed order and is not sent to fulfillment. Checkout remains unavailable while the owner completes the required payment and fulfillment readiness checks.

Question 7

What information does checkout collect?

Accepted Answer

The app asks for an email address for payment and order updates. The hosted checkout collects a shipping address, requires a billing address, and collects a phone number for the order.

Question 8

Where are shipping and taxes shown?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is kept separate from the merchandise total. Shipping and taxes, if applicable, are presented on the hosted payment page before you pay; the storefront does not display an unverified shipping rate.

No guesswork. Just the details.
